I would like to share my experience with regards to my father Syed Mazhar Nizami kidney ailment.
Six months back my father was diagnosed with the kidney ailment where his urea, creatinine, and other indicators were not favorable.
We consulted 3 senior Nephrologists from reputed Hospitals. All the Doctors advised to go for dialysis in fact one of a senior most lady doctor of south East Delhi told me to admit my father asap for Dialysis and she gave me the date for dialysis as well.
I was not able to understand anything because everything was so fast that with in a span of a month his kidneys were getting detoriated.
We left the hope but somewhere we did not want dialysis as he is very weak and dialysis would be a tough decision.
Then someone recommend us to once consult with Dr. ASHOK SARIN a senior Nephrologist from Apollo Hospital.
When we visited Dr. Sarin He examined and redrawn my father medication chart and told us that let's give a fair try to save his kidneys. Now it's been 5 months the kidneys are responding to medicines and the condition is improving so far.

I Prashant Singh, 18 years old was undergoing dialysis at Patna, Bihar. I was referred to Dr Ashok Sarin for dialysis and kidney transplant. However, he examined me and suggested kidney biopsy. After kidney biopsy report, he gave me the necessary treatment. Now, I am completely alright with normal creatinine and hemoglobin. Dialysis has been stopped and I am not taking any medicines.

I am Rameshwar Gaur. I am a music composer working in Bollywood. I want to share my experience about Dr. Ashok Sarin.
I had two Kidney transplants. First one was at a big hospital in West Delhi. Second transplant was in a big hospital in Mumbai.
My Serum creatinine had gone upto 3mg%. Because of chest infection I was very breathless and on oxygen. Then, I got admitted under Dr. Ashok Sarin at Apollo hospital, Delhi. After only 3-4 days of admission I became normal and all my reports were good.
In April 2016 I was told in Mumbai that I have developed graft rejection. They gave me some expensive treatment but I did not improve. In September 2016 I was in a hospital in Mathura for 12 days for chest infection but did not improve.
I am really thankful to Dr. Ashok Sarin for giving me a healthy and happy life.

Hi, Myself Niranjan Nath. I belongs to Assam (Silchar). I was suffering from kidney problem since 2 years. One of our local kidney specialist suggested me to do dialysis. But we refused to do so. We met Dr. Ashok Sarin kidny specialist from Apollo hospital, New Delhi. He diagnosed me and make me cured without dialysis. I am really thankful to him.
We stay in Muscat, Oman and led a steady life. Suddenly in June 2006,
my wife Nisha Dua developed kidney infection. We met Dr Sarin and her
treatment was started but her kidneys perfromance did not improve and
within a span of 6 months her creatinine level rose to >10. She was
36+ years old at that time.
Her mother aged 58 years at that time offered to donate her kidney.
Although her relatives were hesitant she stood strong in donating her kidney. Dr. Sarin also gave her confidence that she will face no problem post donation. We did all the necessary tests and urgently went for transplant
operation on 14th January 2013. Life slowly returned to normal. It is almost 4 years now and yesterday her 6 monthly creatinine result was <1.2 mg/dL (104 mmole/L). It has remained so since the transplant. Her mother is now 62 years old and doing all the house hold jobs with out discomfort.
Nisha is now 41 and able to lead a normal life. We keep on meeting Dr.
Sarin during our annual visit to Delhi. We have been taking the medication as per his prescription.
We thank Dr. Sarin for his guidance and help.

My father Mr. Wajid Ali, age 82 years was very ill in Kannauj(U.P). We went to Kanpur for further treatment but in Kanpur doctors said that he had intestinal obstruction and he has to undergo operation. We therefore went to a large Government Institute in South Delhi but his condition worsened there. We then took him to Dr. Ashok Sarin. He and his team correctly diagnosed the problem. He said that as patient has kidney failure, father has to undergo dialysis. Initially serum creatinine was 8.6 mg/dl. He underwent 4 sessions of hemodialysis which has now been stopped and no surgery was done. He is eating and walking normally. He was so seriously ill before we came to Dr. Ashok Sarin that we lost all hope of his survival. Dialysis has now been stopped for over one month and his serum creatinine is 2.5 mg/dl.
Dr. Sarin performed his job very well and we are very thankful to him.

My name is Sourav Bag. Age 28. I belong to a very small town, Ghatal under Paschim Medinipur District in West Bengal. I work in a NGO, PRADAN. Just one year before my marriage took place on 17th February. But after 3 months i.e. on 3rd May, I came to know that I have a kidney disease, IgA Nephropathy.
First time my Creatinine level was 2.6. I consulted initially with a Urologist, followed by two different Nephrologist in two different renowned hospitals of Kolkata. Both the doctors said that there is no proper medication for this disease and one of the doctor forecasted that there would be a need of kidney transplantation in coming 3-4 years. This news was very much shocking for me and my family at that time.
I am the only son of my parents and that time 3 years means very close to me, I had no such savings to allow this expensive surgery. During my first appointment my Creatinine level was 1.9 due to some diet chart. The first thing Dr. Sarin said to me was Doctors are not future predicters or astrologers. Doctor checks the situation of patient and treats accordingly. So Dr. Sarin started his treatment making me confident by sharing the most curable word “don’t worry Sourav”- that I wanted to hear for a very long time from a doctor. He advised me some changes in my routine foods and encouraged me to enjoy my life rather questioning on “why this happens to me”. For the last one year, I am consulting with him, last time i.e. on 1st July, 2015 my creatinine was 1.6. I know he is trying very hard for me. To me Dr. Sarin is the image of a true Doctor.

When I was admitted in hospital my serum creatinine was 18 mg % and my Haemoglobin 5 gm%. But after Dr. Sarin's treatment I am feeling very well and now I love my life and living like a normal girl.

I was diagnosed with Septicemia with Urinary Tract Infection and his BP dropping below 80:40 levels, we admitted him into Apollo Hospital, Delhi, where I was shifted to ICU and his vitals dropping,
I was put under Dopamine and his KFT values were rising everyday, I was put under Dr Sarin care and although everyone was insistent that we go for Dialysis, Dr Sarin assured me and my family that we can wait out and it is important patient dopamine is stopped as this is an acute kidney failure and Urea and Creatinine values will be restored,
I was in ICU for 25 days and my Urea was close to 400 and Creatinine was 4.8, but we still didn't go for dialysis upon Dr Sarin assurance and luckily by then dopamine was removed and the Urea and Creatinine values started falling dramatically, Now I have completely recovered from his bout with Septicemia and has started normal life functions, My urea is 45 and Creatinine is 1.9 and me and my family still keep in touch with Dr Sarin about my progress, I recommend Dr Sarin and are really thankful for the way he handled my case and didn't jump into the conclusion for dialysis when everyone else was recommending that dialysis is the only route by which I can be treated"
